What Domaining for Firefox doesn’t do

A few people have been a little suspicious and sceptical about the Domaining for Firefox plugin.

To help ease your concerns let me try to answer some of your queries.

Does your tool upload any info (such as domains analysed) back to you?

No. The domains you analyse and the sites on which you analyse them are not transmitted anywhere. All the processing is done on your browser and is not stored or cached at all.

Does your tool upload any registrar usernames/passwords

Again, no it doesn’t. The tool neither collects nor transmits data about your registrar or domain names to me or any third party.

To try and be clear, I’m not in this to make a quick buck; just an honest one. I thought up the idea for the Domaining for Firefox plugin and built it. I though other domainers might like it (and they do!) and so released it to the masses.
